Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes! Walk-ins are always welcome, subject to artist availability. For larger or custom pieces, we recommend booking a consultation in advance to ensure you get the time and attention your design deserves.
What is the minimum age for a tattoo?
You must be 18 years or older with a valid government-issued ID. We do not tattoo minors, even with parental consent. For piercings, clients under 18 require a parent or legal guardian present with valid ID.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
Get a good night's sleep, eat a full meal, stay hydrated, and avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment. Wear comfortable clothing that gives easy access to the area being tattooed. Bring reference images if you have them.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to book custom tattoo appointments. The deposit goes toward the total cost of your tattoo. This ensures our artists can dedicate time to designing your custom piece.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and CashApp. Tips for your artist are always appreciated and can be left in any form.
How do I care for my new tattoo?
Your artist will provide detailed aftercare instructions after your session. Generally: keep it clean, apply a thin layer of unscented moisturizer, avoid direct sunlight and swimming for 2-3 weeks, and don't pick or scratch the healing area.
